3. Cancellations and Refunds

For tour packages, cancellations made within [X] days of departure may incur a cancellation fee.

Visa Assistance: While we provide guidance and support for visa applications, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your visa is approved. National Planners of Pakistan is not liable for any visa rejections or delays.

Modification of Itinerary: If you wish to change your travel plans, such as altering dates or destinations, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes may incur additional charges depending on the service providers’ policies.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
6. Pricing and Fees
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the respective currency of the destination. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and other factors. We will inform you of any changes before confirming your booking.
Taxes and Fees: The prices quoted for travel services may not include applicable taxes, service charges, or other fees. These additional costs, if applicable, will be specified at the time of booking or purchase.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, and travel delays. Travel insurance is not included in our packages and must be arranged separately.

Traveler Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and capable of undertaking the activities included in your travel package. We recommend that you consult your doctor before travel, especially if you have specific health concerns.
Health Requirements: For certain destinations, health vaccinations or other requirements may be necessary. It is your responsibility to meet these requirements, and we advise that you check with relevant authorities in advance.
9. Conduct During Travel
Behavioral Expectations: We expect all travelers to behave respectfully towards other passengers, local communities, and staff. National Planners of Pakistan reserves the right to remove any passenger from a tour or activity for inappropriate behavior, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
Liability: National Planners of Pakistan is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage caused by the actions of travelers or other third parties during the trip.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability: National Planners of Pakistan is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation delays, weather conditions, and changes in local laws or regulations.
Third-Party Providers: We work with various third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While we strive to ensure the quality of services, we do not assume liability for any issues that may arise from these third-party services.
