TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

NATIONAL PLANNERS OF PAKISTAN MALDIVES TOUR 2026
By submitting an application to participate in the Maldives Tour 2026 or any related program/event organized by National Planners of Pakistan (NPP), I (the applicant/participant) confirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted the following Terms and Privacy Policy. These terms are legally binding under the applicable laws of Pakistan.

A. APPLICATION AND FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS

1. Voluntary Participation and Agreement

I confirm that I am submitting this application voluntarily and of my own free will, without any pressure or coercion. I accept these terms as a legally binding contract.

2. Non-Refundable Application Fee

I understand and agree that the mandatory Application Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs, application processing, and candidate evaluation, and does not guarantee selection for the Fully Funded Seats or confirmation of a Self-Funded Seat.

3. Program Terms and Dates

The National Planners of Pakistan Maldives Tour 2026 is scheduled for March 26–29, 2026.

Arrival in Maldives (MLE): March 26, 2026

Departure from Maldives (MLE): March 29, 2026

4. Financial Benefits and Covered Expenses (Fully Funded Seats)

For the 15 Fully Funded Seats, the following expenses, valued at PKR 495,000, will be covered by NPP and its sponsors, valid only between March 26 and March 29, 2026:

International Return Airfare
Accommodation (Arena Beach Maldives Hotel, Triple Occupancy)
Daily Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as per itinerary)
All scheduled activities and excursions (e.g., Centara Ras Fushi Day Pass, Water Sports, Dolphin Cruise).

5. Required Personal Funds and Expenses

All participants (Fully Funded and Self-Funded) must have at least PKR 50,000 (or equivalent foreign currency) available for personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, non-scheduled snacks, personal shopping, tips). NPP will not cover any costs incurred outside of the sponsored itinerary or timeframe.

6. Self-Funded Seats (5 Spots)

I acknowledge that the 5 Self-Funded Seats are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment of the specified package price, which will be communicated upon application approval.

B. ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION

7. Accuracy of Information and Documentation

I certify that all information and documents provided are true and accurate. I understand that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in the immediate rejection or termination of my participation.

Required Documentation: A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of return (September 29, 2026).

8. Selection and Final Decision

I acknowledge that the selection process is objective and based on NPP’s internal promotional criteria. The decision of National Planners of Pakistan is final and not subject to appeal.

9. Announcement and Booking Timeline

Winners for the Fully Funded Seats will be officially announced on March 02, 2026. Flights for all selected candidates will be booked by March 05, 2026, latest. Failure by a selected candidate to provide necessary information (e.g., passport details) by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the seat.

C. COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

10. Authorization for Verification

I authorize NPP to verify the information I have provided.

11. Privacy and Use of Personal Data
NPP will use my personal information solely for the purposes of registration, verification, travel booking, and legal compliance.

12. Official Communication Channels

All official communication will be conducted via emails ending with [@NationalPlannersOfPakistan.com] (or similar official domain) and the organization’s official social media accounts. Participants are responsible for regularly checking their email (including spam/junk folders).

D. CONDUCT AND LIABILITY

13. Media Consent

I consent to being photographed and recorded during the program and authorize NPP to use my image and voice in perpetuity for:

Marketing and promotional content.

Social media platforms and commercial advertising.

14. Conduct and Protection of Reputation

Participants are strictly forbidden from sharing or publishing any false, defamatory, or unverified claims about NPP or its members. Such behavior will result in legal action under Pakistani Defamation Law.

15. Termination of Participation and Cost Recovery

NPP reserves the right to terminate my participation without notice or refund if I violate these Terms, behave inappropriately, or obstruct the program (especially sponsored activities).

In case of termination, NPP may demand full or partial reimbursement of expenses (e.g., flight costs, accommodation) incurred on my behalf, based on a Cost Recovery Notice detailing official receipts.

16. Force Majeure and Program Modifications/Postponement

National Planners of Pakistan (NPP) reserves the right to reschedule or postpone the program due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or safety concerns. Furthermore, if NPP determines, by January 31, 2026, that there is insufficient participation or lack of required sponsorship, NPP shall have the right to postpone the tour to a new date within six (6) months of the initially announced dates (March 26–29, 2026). NPP shall have no financial obligation or liability to participants for such postponement.

17. Jurisdiction and Legal Obligations

Any legal matters arising from this agreement shall be governed by Pakistani law and resolved in courts located in Pakistan.
