DECLARATION, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

National Planners of Pakistan (NPP) Maldives Tour 2026 (March 26–29, 2026)
(To be signed by all Selected Participants of the Fully Funded and Self-Funded Seats)

I, the undersigned participant, hereby confirm that I have been selected/confirmed for the National Planners of Pakistan (NPP) Maldives Tour 2026 and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Accuracy of Information and Eligibility

I certify that all information provided in my application is accurate and complete. I confirm that my passport has a remaining validity of at least six (6) months from the return date (i.e., valid until at least September 29, 2026). I acknowledge that any misrepresentation may lead to immediate termination of my participation.

2. Finality of Selection and Financial Value

I understand that the selection decision by NPP is final and not subject to appeal. I acknowledge that the Fully Funded Seat is a sponsored promotion valued at PKR 495,000 and is conditional upon my adherence to all terms and conditions of this program.

3. Promotional and Content Commitment (Mandatory)

I acknowledge that my participation is primarily for promotional purposes on behalf of NPP and its sponsors. I commit to fully participating in all scheduled itinerary events (including Day 2 at Centara Ras Fushi and all water activities) and creating the required promotional content (photos, videos, social media posts) throughout the entire duration of the tour (March 26–29, 2026).

4. Responsibility for Personal Expenses and Conduct

I am solely responsible for ensuring I have the required minimum of PKR 50,000 for personal expenses. I am responsible for my own conduct, compliance with local Maldivian laws, and any consequences resulting from inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

5. Passport and Travel Responsibility

I understand that the Maldives grants a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for Pakistani citizens. I take sole responsibility for ensuring my passport meets all validity requirements and that I have sufficient documents (e.g., return ticket) to meet the requirements of the Maldivian immigration authorities. NPP is not liable if my entry is denied due to an issue with my passport or personal legal status.

6. Cost Recovery and Liability Waiver

I understand and agree that if my participation is terminated due to my violation of the Terms & Conditions (including inappropriate conduct or failure to fulfill promotional obligations), NPP reserves the right to issue a Cost Recovery Notice. This notice will demand full or partial reimbursement for expenses incurred on my behalf, including, but not limited to, the cost of the international air ticket and non-refundable accommodation/activity fees.

By submitting this final confirmation, I fully release and indemnify National Planners of Pakistan, its representatives, and sponsors from any liability or claim related to:

  • Visa on Arrival (VOA) refusals or delays.
  • Denial of entry to the Maldives due to personal status or document issues.
  • Costs related to my personal injury, property loss, or personal misconduct.

7. Postponement Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that the tour may be postponed in the event of low participation/sponsorship by the deadline of January 31, 2026, as defined in the Terms & Conditions. I accept that NPP has no financial obligation or liability to me in the event of such a necessary postponement.
